My Order

How do I check my order status?

As soon as the order is dispatched from our warehouse, you will be contacted via email confirming the shipping details. 

You can track your order status here using the tracking information provided in the email. 

If you have any questions or have not received a confirmation email, please contact Customer Support.

How can I cancel my order?

Customer satisfaction is our priority. 

You can cancel within 48 hours after the time the order was placed. Please be sure to contact our customer representative if you want to cancel your order.

Order details of your order may only be modified within 24 business hours from being placed as long as your order status is not set to “shipped.”

Please be noted that we cannot change the product specifications of your order after 24 business hours from being placed.

What if I receive the wrong product?

If the product you receive is not what you ordered, Colorful Art Gift will take full responsibility for replacing or refunding the item in question.

Should this occur, contact our Customer Support as soon as possible.

You will then be contacted in order to arrange a replacement order, at no extra cost.

Do you offer exchanges for faulty items?

If you received a faulty item, please contact Customer Care within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and a photo of the product where the flaw or damage is clearly visible.

After revision, if the item is faulty or damaged, Colorful Art Gift will take full responsibility for replacing the item. The order will be sent to you with the same shipping speed that was used on your original item.

Shipping

I still haven't received my order. What can I do?

Please note, orders placed during office hours (Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 6:00pm EST) are typically processed within 3-5 working days, while delivery times depend on the carrier and shipping method.

Since deliveries are not made on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays, they will be made on the following working day.

Why is my order late?

Our order fulfillment center aims to deliver all orders within specified delivery times.

Unfortunately, for reasons beyond our control, deliveries may very occasionally be subject to delays.

What payment methods are accepted?

You can pay by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club), PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Meta Pay, Shop Pay. 

Some payment methods are only available in certain countries.

Refunds & Returns

What are your return regulations?

Please note that our personalized products cannot be returned unless the product or the personalization is defective.

After revision, if the item is faulty or damaged, Colorful Art Gift will take full responsibility for replacing the item. The order will be sent to you with the same shipping speed that was used on your original item.

How will I be refunded?

Refunds are made immediately after your refund request has been approved.

The refund will be processed using the original payment method and you will receive confirmation via the email address indicated on the order.

I still haven't received my refund. Why?

You should be able to see the refund in your bank statement in the next 5 - 7 working days.

Every bank or payment provider has a different processing speed. Refunds may very occasionally be subject to delays.
